I have white spots over my teeth. Can it be removed? Is it a one time procedure? Also please mention the methods available for removal. Is it risky?

Hello, white spots on your teeth could be because of fluorosis. visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. fluorosis can be treated by ceramic or composite veneers or crowns.

Hi..... Brush your teeth after you eat. Keep a toothbrush at work to use after eating. Brush using a fluoride-containing toothpaste at least twice a day, especially after meals.... Floss at least once a day. Proper flossing removes food particles and plaque from between your teeth, .... Schedule regular dental checkups. See your dentist on a regular basis — generally once or twice a year — to have your teeth or dentures examined and cleaned....
