Whey Protein Supplement
I workout for about 5-6 days a week, strength and conditioning mainly. I have lost about 20kgs in the past one year. I have been taking one scoop of whey protein supplement (by Health Farm) everyday since 8 months. Are there any health hazards associated with whey supplements for someone who drinks about 2-3ltr water everyday and workout for atleast 5-6 hours every week? If there are, could you please explain those in detail?
