I go to the gym, and my trainer suggested taking whey protein powder scoop twice a day. Please suggest, is there any harm in taking it

Whey protein may be taken in moderate quantity after rigorous weight training but I shall suggest 1 scoop or 25 gm

Whether or not you should take whey protein depends on your intake of food, your exercise goal and your body type. If you ate getting enough protein from your diet you don't need whey protein.
