What should i have at night?
What should I have at night for weight loss...Any other thing that i can have in place of soup? Like brown rice + low fat paneer...or 1 roti daal and sabzi(whatever is made at home)?

For Weight Loss, You dinner should be low carbs. You can have vegetable soup, sauteed veggies, grilled chicken, grilled paneer. Small amount of rice with dal.

See it all also depends what you had the entire the day. The calories and nutrients have to balanced accordingly. If say you have had heavy lunch and snacks then you opt for light dinner like quinoa salad, oats porridge, oats dosa, besan roti and curd but if you had light lunch you can have a slight heavy dinner by 7pm maximum
