What foods/fruits to consume for
I feel very much hungry and do not know what to eat and at what time to eat.please help me with kind of fruits and food I should eat and I should avoid. I do not drink alcohol very often and sometime very rare do smoking. Also how to maintain Cholestrol level as I do not eat oily foods.

hello..you are 37 yrs and by seeing your height band weight its confirm that you are obese.hence you can have daily 1 apple in mid-morning after completion 2-3 hrs of your breakfast.take sprouts in the evening time as snacks and obviously you should need a personal diet plan to maintain your weight, to control your sugar level and cholesterol level. you must need portion control in your diet .actualy to providing a proper diet chart we need to know your daily schedule and food habits,quantity of your food, choices of yours then only a proper diet plan can be done for you. please contact to me for virtual consultation or any other dietician nearby you to get a proper diet chart. Hi, I understand your concern. You should follow a balanced diet, but you haven't mentioned biochemical parameters as you have asked how to control cholesterol level. If you didn't done test, then you should first check your lipid profile. You should include more leafy vegetables, other vegetables, fruits and complex carbohydrates. Avoid junk and processed food and drink 3 litre water per day. Avoid margarine, ghee, whole milk,red meat. You should follow a proper meal timing and keep gap not more than 3-4 hours between meals. With following diet you need to do exercise which will help to control cholesterol level and burn fat mass.
