What are the pros and cons of keto diet?
My body fat percentage is around 18% I am near obese and my BMI is around 24. I want to cut down fat and make it come around 10% preferably. Can you give me any suggestions regarding this? Please help me in understanding keto better.

You should not think too much about the pros and cons of diet plan, u can bind your daily required calorie 1600kcal , take sufficient leafy vegetables with one animal protein & veg protein parallally with brisk walk for  30 min-40 min & freehand for twice daily, & without expert advise, don't plan your diet as customised diet is required 1 to 1. Hi As per ur BMI  you fall in the overweight category not the obese category. The Ideal fat percentage is 10 to 20% in males.           _________________________ You can go for healthy low calorie diet plan for a loosing weight and achieve your target. No need to follow any fad diet like keto diet as it may have harmful effect on your body.so So I would not recommend keto diet for weight loss rather a healthy low calorie diet with a combination of super foods.
