Hello , Good morning, Hope you are doing well. 1. Yes but can lead to nutrient deficiencies like carbs , vitamins & minerals. 2. Abdominal fat is deposited due to less movement of area and it’s also known as stubborn fat. For particular part of fat you need to move your abdominal area by doing physical activity. 3. When you do warm up first and the other activity like cardio etc Can do stairs up & down, light walk and yoga too… Happy International Yoga Day. Hope this will help

Yes can survive,but without defeciency of Carbohydrate and subsequent malabsorption issues is a challenge AS a total balanced diet along with healthy gut microbiome along with optimal  physical activity and  good lifestyle is a prime factor for overall weight management and optimal body fat storage,if there is not consistency in these then there could issues with regard to fat storage in the body
