Hi
I am 25 year old working in corporate sector.
My shift timings are almost 10 hours and sometimes more than that.. my height is around 5'3 and weight is 61 to 62 kg ..
I have a large breast the size is 38.
I sleep late at night because of my shift I sleep around 1 o clock and I wake up by 8 pm. I do try to do regular exercise but I then I stop doing In after someday.. some days I feel I should keep it up the. After that I give up. ..
Please can you suggest some good tips specially for the breast reduction .
