Drink for fat reduction

It is suggested that hot water lemon and honey if taken regulary in the morning reduces fat from the body..i have heard that lemon in summer triggers brittle bones is it true or not.please suggest morning drink for fat reduction mainly belly thigh and hip fat

Please stay assured lemon in summer would not make your bones brittle.Have it only once in a day and that much should be enough.
While many people resort to lemon and honey drink ,let me tell you honey is nothing but a diluted form of sugar and we always tend to add more honey than required.In order to lose weight please visit a trained nutritionist and Dietician.

Meanwhile,eat small and frequent meals.

Stay hydrated and drink 12-15glasses of water per day.

Stay away from refined,fattening and high calorie foods.

Include more fruits and veggies in the diet at least 2 servings each.

Sleep well and stay away from stress.

AS lemon is full of vitamin C and honey is having antioxidants it is going to thrush away your toxins,so you can drink it in these days specially after work out or any physical activity and you can also start drinking cayenne pepper drink to reduce your belly fat.

Hi there ...Lemon water and honey  is for breaking the overnight fast and potassium in lemon helps to neutralize the acid...for loosing body fat one need to follliw a well balance schedule of diet and exercise.

Just lemon and honey will not help you much...First and foremost you must understand losing your fat is a very gradual process. You should have strong determination and patience if you want to lose fat. And it cannot happen suddenly. Losing too mich suddenly is also not good for health. You have to follow a strict diet and exercise schedule. Regarding diet - have small multiple meals instead of 3 big meals, eat food rich in proteins and fibres like egg white boiled chicken vegetables fruits pulses, avoid carbohydrate rich foods like rice curds oily foods sweets ghee and other junk food. Regarding exercises - start slowly with brisk walking, then change over to jogging, running and other abdominal exercises. Never over strain yourself. And always keep yourself well hydrated and enjoy whatever you do...consult dietitian.
