Please stay assured lemon in summer would not make your bones brittle.Have it only once in a day and that much should be enough.
While many people resort to lemon and honey drink ,let me tell you honey is nothing but a diluted form of sugar and we always tend to add more honey than required.In order to lose weight please visit a trained nutritionist and Dietician.
Meanwhile,eat small and frequent meals.
Stay hydrated and drink 12-15glasses of water per day.
Stay away from refined,fattening and high calorie foods.
Include more fruits and veggies in the diet at least 2 servings each.
Sleep well and stay away from stress.
