I have been trying weightloss from 2020 but after a point my weight stopped reducing no matter what diet I try and how hard I exercise. I haven't reached my goal weight yet. I want to reach it. I am 59 kgs and it doesn't reduce, please give me a meal plan or tell me where I am going wrong?! I want to be 49 kgs in three months.
