Hello, Weight gain is possible, you have to show your previous blood reports during the C-Section & after if any. You have to enhance your sleeping time as well as your stress level must be low . Hello user R u still breastfeeding your baby or not? According to your height your weight is good. Your weight should be between 44 to 52 kg and you are 46 already. The time you are feeding your baby you need foods for your milk formation.
