You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet . Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi, post partum (post delivery) is the best time to lose weight within a year as breastfeeding leads to a lot of calorie burning thus increasing your metabolism.Eat small frequent meals.i.e 6-8 meals a  day.Have more fibre rich foods like salad, fruits, sprouts, Roasted grams as snack between meals.Drink 10-12 glasses of water. Do not skip meals to lose weight.
