Hello Doctors, I need your advice if my spouse can workout during her pregnancy. She's one month pregnent. Our aim is not to lift too much weight s but have some strength maintained. Also can she do body weight squat and jogging? Thanks in advance.

She can do exercises what she has been doing and her body is used to do . Don’t experiment on your own . Take expert opinion if required

Ist 3 weeks of pregnancy is very important. Weight squat etc should be done under professional guidance who specialises in pregnancy suitable workout. Jogging is fine. Any new exercise should not be started

Anything new should not be picked up in pregnancy In the first 12 weeks anything that gives u a PELVIC jerk should be avoided as that may initiate bleeding
