Can you workout while trying to conceive
Me and my husband are trying for a baby. I have put on lots of weight in past year. That is why I was thinking to join Zumba/Yoga/Gym. My question is; can I do above mentioned exercise while trying to get pregnant? Also what kind of workout is good for me (if any)? And what should I avoid in order to get pregnant? Also we have been trying to conceive for past 1.5 year but with no luck. Our doctor told us that we both are healthy and should get pregnant (after getting us tested). That's why I have doubts what excercise would be ok for me to do and lose weight. And they shouldn't get in the way of me conceiving. Please tell me what I can do?
