I'm overweight 2mnths back i was 80 and frm 2mnths I'm doing diet and got to 72,frm past 12dys due to work pressure i stopped diet and gained to 74 and i have restarted frm 2dys Plz suggest me i should reduce 15kg more bcz i got vitamin defecincy and my legs are lagging alot due to that My diet i follow Mrng warm lemon water After Apple cider vinegar in one glass Brkfst one egg and oats with keera juice Green tea Lunch 2pulka with curry's Evg green tea again Nyt for Dinner only fruits Mrng 30min cycling and 10min belly workouts In middle i take 4litre water and if hungry i ate poha and puffed rice Plz suggest me is this fine and any changes to reduce

So many factors are involved in weight loss. - Good sleep - balanced  diet( rich  in fiber  n all nutrients), - stress, - water intake exercises Dinner should be light but only fruit are not sufficient. You can have millet in dinner(Prefer). Try to incorporate  good quality  protein  in each meal. Get ur vitamin D test done if low ,it may hinder in weight loss.

In the current eating pattern that you are following there are nutrients that are missing. All you need is a right guidance towards making sustainable lifestyle changes with right nutrition. Weight loss is not about eating less it is all about eating right without compromising on the nutrients. The present diet you are taking is deficit in protein , vitamin, etc .
