Hi welcome - Your BMI is 27.57. So at present you are 8 kgs more. So you should come wegiht 6-8 kgs gradually. need 2000 kcal/day energy instead of 2400kcal/day required for pregnancy as per ICMR. Now you should go for normal 60% carbs with high quality protein all types 25% & 3 tsf cooking oil prefrably olive oil any PUFA. Folic acid,Calcium,are mandatory apart from protein for this entire mainly first two trimester. So green vegetables, fruits, dairy foods, some vegan & some organic you need. So make a balanced diet by an exp.dietitian for successful pregnancy & healthy baby. Normal house works & some yoga/activities can practice daily apart from high protein,fol.acid Diet.
