Well my weight is 149 and I'm only 5'2 which make me overweight but I don't understand how or why because first of all I don't drink soda I only eat sweet three times a month and I'm in a volleyball team which give me exercise almost everyday

Don't take large meals .Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Drink lot of water everyday. Take high fiber low fat diet. Avoid outside food completely. Avoid preserved foods as well.take fresh fruits and vegetables a lot .
