I am 67kgs and would like to reduce weight for my height(155cms). My weight is mostly on the hips and thighs. I am in the IT industry and have a sedentary lifestyle and very less time to exercise. Please suggest a diet plan that I shall follow strictly so that I can reduce at least 5 kgs by mid December as we have a major family function coming. Need your help.
