I want to loose my weight through medine as I am a working woman, no physical work due to lack of time I won't do exercise, due to all this I am facing breathing problems. So I want to loose my weight...plus help me for this...

Don't take any medicines for weight loss it's not good.Always follow high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises daily don't miss single day.
Through medicines very side effects.
Follow schedule daily.
Empty stomach early morning 2glasses of water (soaked fig overnight)
Morning tea 6am
Walking 30mints
Breakfast 8am
Lunch 1pm
Dinner 6pm
Bedtime 10-11pm one cup skimmed milk or fruits.
I understand ur problem asthma. But u have follow diet and walk or yoga.
Low calorie diet and balanced nutritious diet will help you.
In one month loose in between 3-5kgs enough.
Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's and sweets and cold drinks chocolates ice cream.
Water intake 16glasses daily.
Inbetween meals take veg soup fresh
