My height is 163 cm my weight is 65. My weight use to be 50 kg .But over time it increased tremendously.I reduced my weight by 4 kg but again it increased.how much weight should I reduce to look lean

s 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4.
