Hi there, Hope you are doing good. Please do help us with your weight and height. Also in order to lose tummy fat you need more time and hence 15days is a very short duration.Start going for a walk for 25minutes in the morning and evening.

Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Take almonds and flaxseeds daily to reduce cholesterol. Take high fiber diet to reduce overall fat. Drink lot of water everyday.

How long you are gaining weight around your abdomen, family history of overweight or any other complaints.
Going daily for motion or constipated.
Drink 10 -12 glass of water.
Eat low fat,high fibre diet low sugar diet.
Take Sound sleep for at least 6hr
Engage yourself for at least 50 mnts of physical activity.
