Hi i m 23 yrs old, my weight is 59 and my height is 153.5 . How much weight should i have according to age and height ? If it is overweight then please give some solution to overcome my problem.

Hi sir.. according to your height and age your weight should be 52 kgs..
You need to loose 7 kgs which can be easily done by diet if followed easily.
We can give you an example of a good diet with timing :
Early morning : ( 5 Am- 6 AM ) : tea/ coffee with 2 biscuits
Prefer toned/ double toned milk
Prefer atta biscuits instead of maida.
Breakfast : ( 9 AM- 10 AM)poha/ dhokhla/ egg white
Mid morning : (11 -11:30 AM) fruit/ juice/ coconut water.
( Avoid juice if diabetic)
Lunch: (1-2 PM)salad + dal + sabji + rice
Amount of all should be 1 katori.
Prefer eating salad before food
evening tea: (5-6 PM) : tea / coffee with 2 biscuits.
Dinner : Same as lunch
