Weight loss through balanced diet
My age is 27 and my current weight is 67kg.height 5feet 3 inch.my target is 59kg .my regular life style was not that active as i need to sit 9 hrs infront of computer for my profession.I need a proper diet chart to lose weight .I dont want to take any medicine for  that.Please help me with a proper diet chart.please let me know if you need any further information from my end

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you
