My weight has suddenly been increased since I got married in November. earlier i weighed 60 Kgs but now it has been increased to 68 Kgs. Kindly help in this regard

Hello, Weight loss is a process & it has to be done the "right" way to ensure it is sustainable and long lasting. A healthy balanced diet with constant modification and regular physical activity will help in losing weight. A personalized diet session is highly recommended for you as it takes into account your routine, lifestyle, medication, medical condition if any, stress, sleep, etc. This helps in identifying the gap areas and correcting them accordingly. Hii.. It's better to get customized diet according to your body as many factors affect diet like body metabolism , health issues , lifestyle routine , family history ,food habits and hormonal balance that's why just tips won't help that much. So for proper results you need to follow proper diet.

Hi, Your ideal body weight should be 55 kg, on the basis of your height. You should follow a well balanced weight reduction diet which contains complex carbohydrates, fresh fruits, leafy and other vegetables. Drink 3 litre water per day. Try to do different kind of exercises which will help in burn fat mass and make this weight reduction process  faster.
