My papers are going on. I cannot go to gym right now. Please tell me dome food which decreases my fat and burns my calories, as I am not getting time to perform exercises..

Have seasonal fruits as snacks .
Make sure you eat rice in a limited quantity and lots veggies.
Eat sprouts as a evening snack.
Drink lots of water and include detox drinks .

Limit intake of simple carbohydrates, sugarsand other ready to eat foods
Include variety of whole cereals such as roti or kitchedi or poha , made out of mixed cereal like Rice, wheat,jowar,bajra,Barley etc and whole pulses and lentils + variety of vegetables as soups,or as tikkis (tawa fried),or as steamed, or boiled and seasonal fruits 1 to servings ,with dairy from milk.and productscan keep your metabolism in an active state.

You can have a calorie deficit diet until you are done with your exams & later continue with the same calorie deficit diet along with a proper workout regime.
