Hi If weight loss is healthy,  it won't be that fast. Slow and controlled weight loss with aerobic and strength training combination with healthy meal and BMR target and some calorie restriction, if required . Fitness and healthy diet is and should be everyday routine, not once in a while event.
Next Steps
adopt regular workout routine with healthy mixed diet for healthy lifestyle

You can reduce 5kg in 2 weeks but it's not healthy and the weight will bounce back to you in couple of days . So better to loose slowly and healthy way but if something required for any purpose you can try . Connect directly on Practo for consultation and diet plan

Hello There’s no healthy way to reduce 5 kgs in two weeks. If you cut down calories drastically , you will lose weight but might end up with nutritional deficiencies and most likely will gain the lost weight eventually
