Is it possible to lose weight of at least 12 kgs in a month with proper diet and exercise? If so, please suggest a proper plan (diet & exercise wise) which I can follow for it. I am healthy with no medical problems, working in IT industry ( job involves sitting in front of computer for long hours). I am a Bengali. So, it would be good if you can include some Bengali food in this diet plan. Please help urgently and also let me know which food items to avoid totally. Thanks in advance.
