Hi
For removal of stubborn belly fat, you need to do few core exercises. Have very light dinner, include raw foods like fruits, salads n sprouts. Reduce carb n sweets intake. Keep yourself hydrated. Add green tea to your diet. Finish your dinner early. Reduce any kind stress, do deep breathing exercises daily to reduce stress.

According the information hs given by you. You must cut down sugar n rice from your meal. Avoid soft drinks, juices, energy drinks, maida. Except all these foods you cn eat anything. Do walk 30 mins daily. Good luck:)

Hi... Following these steps will help- Choose a low-carb diet.. Eat when hungry.. Eat real food.. Measure your progress wisely.. Be persistent Avoid artificial sweeteners.. Review any medications..
