I want to know hunger suppressant medicines as I am unable to reduce my weight and it has been increasing rapidly.. might also be bcz of wfh and contraceptives that I am on for a long time now but I feel very hungry and have been eating a lot unhealthy

you need to have beetrrot roasted chips, makhana, nut and seeds to consume on the daily basis. Fruit and vegetable you need to have every day. Twice a week you need to have egg white. Exercise like jumping, skipping, cycling, triangle exercise and moutain exercise.

Hi, do not take any such medicines as it does more harm than help to you in suppressing your cravings.
Instead, include lot of fibre rich foods which are coming from fruits, vegetables ( do not remove the skin of fruits/vegetables which are coming in beautiful natural colors), whole cereals, pulses which makes you feel full for a longer period.
Drink lot of water ( 3 to 4 litres).

It’s not good to take medicines. Hunger pangs increases due to excess fat. More fat require more kcal. Once you will start reducing hunger pangs will be controlled. Sometimes body reacts in a different way, so what you can do you can check your constitution level and get to know about your requirement.
Likewise you might have seen people who eats a lot, but still very slim and skinny with no medical issues. On the contrary you might have seen people who eat less and very careful about their health but still tends to put on weight and leads to medical issues.
So better will be to get it check and take proper diet pattern as per your requirement
