I am taking weight loss medicine himalaya ayur slim capsules.i have hypothyroid and on antidepressants also.so my weight is gaining.is it good for me?my thyroid doctor suggest me to take durashape tablets for weight loss.how many days its need to take these tablets?its really effective for weight loss?

I personally do not favor weight loss though medicines. As per me it's an unhealthy way of weight loss.
A healthy lifestyle along with a regular physical activity pattern is the key.
