Weight loss
I am unable to reduce my weight (100 kg) and I always feel lethargic. I am vegetarian and I don't drink or smoke. I don't have thyroid. I cant even run for more than 30 secs. Please let me know how I can reduce weight

Hi Have your dinner early and keep it light. Drink plenty of water everyday, especially before meals. Eat less rice, potatoes. Avoid outside food completely. Also avoid fried food and sugar. Hi By following proper diet you can reduce 3to5 kg per month . We wil include lots of fruits n vegetable so it goes smooth, no starvation no medicine. U can try a week plan first . Can follow online

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

See weight loss is a long process . Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . consult personally with all details for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious
