I am doing Gym nd exercise from last 3 months , nd also I have control on my eating habits.. avoid
sugar .. drinking water .. I'm doing everything thing which is required for weight loss.. But serious and frustrated things is that I m gaining weight.. I have gained 3 KGS ..from last 3 months ,I don't know why it is happening with me .. I am not losing... I am going into depression because of this ..can you please help ..
