Hello. Please reduce the intake of visible fats that is the oil, ghee, butter, etc. Reduce the intake of simple sugars and processed foods. Increase the intake of 1st class proteins and complex carbohydrates high in fiber that is through a blend of whole grain cereals and pulses. Try switching to rice bran oil which is a good source of MUFA a type of fat that helps reduce the LDL levels. Instead of getting fats from the visible sources switch to invisible sources that is best from the nuts and seeds, like almonds, walnuts, flax seeds, etc. Along with this try exercising for at least 30-45 minutes daily to maintain the blood sugars and utilize the stored fats of the body.
