D vitamin defiance Nd PCOS ,hemoglobin
I am a working women Nd my weight 63 kg & my height 5.5 inches .I am home simple food lover I don't preferred outside food. I have done something test which my gynecologist Nd skin doctor suggested me i diagnosis with PCOS & D Vitamin problem low hemoglobin due to that m having acne on my face hair lost. I have completed my medicine course and somehow feeling hemoglobin is increase, i have to go for review with doctor. My problem is late night sleeping not have dinner on time nd m addicted for tea &coffee which m trying to leave but i cant though now m having tea without sugar but its little bit difficult nd m kind of person i cant leave without food but my quantity is small i don't like sweet i can hv boiled food also i am rice lover plz suggest me something good diet..Now m controlling late sleeping habits plz give some suggestions nd good diet

Due to pcod avoid certain things, follow healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.
