Eat plenty of cooked vegetables in ur breakfast,lunch and dinner. Also greengram sprouts will make a healthy breakfast / snack with pomegranate. Include papaya,gauva,banana, citrus fruits in breakfast/ snack . Dry fruits as five almonds,twofigs,two drydates,,two figs,ten raisins,two walnuts can be for snacks . Substitute rice with millets,unpolished rice,whole wheat. Concentrate on quantity of food intake. Drink enough water. Buttermilk 200 ml per day is healthy. Vegetable stalk,soups,are good drinks for coffee/ tea. Two tsf ghee is a general immunity booster. Sleep atleast for six hrs at night leisurely. Walk,yoga,exercise for two hrs daily. Avoid fastfood,bakeryfoods,oilyspicy foods,preserved foods,canned foods,bakeryfoods.,nonveg.
