You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.avoid outside food completely.Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet . Gud afternoon, pls share in detail about your lifestyle routine if u want to plan for a baby then have a healthy balanced diet rather than opting for unhealthy eating habits like eating foods on very long hours gaps which is not good for health.if u have any specific area extra fat accumulation then try to do exercise minimum of 45mins early  morning time daily as well as try to sleep early n reduce stress if u have by doing yoga for 25mins minimum in evening time.
