Gud afternoon, pls share in detail about your lifestyle routine if u want to plan for a baby then have a healthy balanced diet rather than opting for unhealthy eating habits like eating foods on very long hours gaps which is not good for health.if u have any specific area extra fat accumulation then try to do exercise minimum of 45mins early morning time daily as well as try to sleep early n reduce stress if u have by doing yoga for 25mins minimum in evening time.
