Dear seethalakshmi , you are minor you need a parental supervision before going to any kind of fat loss program. As fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy products, egg, fish,chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (walnuts, almonds etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi NO need of medications. Instead try this Avoid all kinds of outside food including junk, processed oily food as well as sugar. This includes chips, French fries etc. Make sure that you have only home cooked meals with at least 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies daily. Drink plenty of water Stay physically active and exercise regularly Regards
