Hi, I’m 208 pounds and i’m 5 feet 2 inches. Obviously I’m overweight, so i’m trying to lose weight. I do eat healthy everyday, but my question is if I run for about 10 minutes a day and do 20 minutes of muscle building 7 days a week, would that help me get a good body figure over time or should I add more exercise?
