Weight loss help
Hi, I’m 208 pounds and i’m 5 feet 2 inches. Obviously I’m overweight, so i’m trying to lose weight. I do eat healthy everyday, but my question is if I run for about 10 minutes a day and do 20 minutes of muscle building 7 days a week, would that help me get a good body figure over time or should I add more exercise?

This much exercise is enough but eating healthy in right pattern also plays an important role. Right time , right food groups and right quantity should be seen. Try taking fruits during mid morning (11 Am- 11:30 AM ). Avoid mango , banana , cheeku , grapes and litchi if diabetic. Try taking toned or double toned milk. Avoid ghee and butter Oil consumption should be upto 15g per day. Take high fibre diet. Eat salad before every meal. Drink lots of water daily Regards, Godiets.
