For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet.add fruits and vegetables in ur diet.add planty of water.avoid oily and fried food.

Hi Since your baby must have started with weaning foods, your dietary needs change a lot.. Yes you can slowly start exercising both morning and evening like walking, slowly taking steps up down, light yoga poses etc.. Lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables, high fiber, low carb, moderate plant proteins, omega 3 and 6 foods, low fat dairy products, plenty of water, exposure to sun, good amount of sleep at nights etc.. Hi Now you can go for a personalized diet plan because your baby must have started weaning so its better to make a proper diet plan and follow it . I can suggest you to go for portions control and have a diet which will contain less carbs and high fiber.
