Weight loss foriegn tablets
I don't have control on eating. Always fell/want to eat something till stomach gets full. Now a days I see lot of ads on internet on weight loss products (tablets), seems foreign made, tells that they will control not only food appetite and also loss weight slowly with the help of normal workout at home over a period of time. I would like to know if these are safe to use or not. And for information these products are also available on Amazon. Some examples are garcinia cambogia , neutralyfe garcinia etc. These are made up of some Africa foot which helps to reduce weight over the period of time with normal workout as they said. Appreciate any information regarding this.

Gracinia Cambogia is just a gimmick.it has side effects. Take high fiber low fat diet .Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
