Its important to follow a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first-class​ proteins (dairy products, egg, fish, etc) complex carbohydrates (oats, brown rice etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc )along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. According rheumatoid arthritis avoid fried food, processed food, suger & sweets, Include omega-3fats,cherries,grapes.for gain  wt start little exercise which increase ur appetite add high calorie, rich protein, fiber food, more carbohydrates in ur diet

Start exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Stay hydrated . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.
