Rheumatoid Arthritis and diet?
Hello doctors, My mother has Rheumatoid arthritis since 8 years. I heard that cardiovascular issues may develop after 50 years. What can we do to improve her heart health? She does 30 min of exercise everyday. I want to know if there are any health supplements that are good for improving heart health like fish oil capsules,flax seeds etc.. Drink detox water to drink early morning on empty stomach. Exercise regularly/ Eat egg, protein, chicken , bhajira to consume daily . Frutis ro have every for mid morning snack time. Nut and seeds to have along with juice to have every day in the evening. Soup and salad to have for dinner every day at night.
