For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

No quick tip for weight loss , stay active with Regular physical activity for at least 40min a day. Eat more of veggies and leafy veggies. Drink at least 4lit of water a day

Hello. As you said you have to travel 120 km daily, same i need your daily diet schedule so i can understand your pattern randomly i canot give you any diet plan that you wont able to follow 1 st need to understand your lifestyle pattern so you can really follow diet and loose weight. If you follow weight diet 80%  and exercise 20% in a month 3to 6 kg you can loose weight if you don't have any health issues. And its up to you how religiously follow diet and exercise.

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4. Smaller meals in small quantity 5. Early dinner before 6 pm. 6. Eat less and exercise more

For reducing weight you have to make a healthy lifestyle. Change your eating habits Make a healthy lifestyle. 70% diet and 30 % exercise help you in reducing weight . These are the general guidelines which you have to follow Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk (300)ml daily Use curd and paneer made up from the single tonned milk also Use olive oil,rice bran, mustard, saffola, sunflower oil in cooking Use 5 soaked almonds ,2 walnuts daily Drink 8-10glass of water daily and walk 15-30 minutes is advisable Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables like potato, sweet potato, arbhi, zimikand etc. Avoid fried, processed, packaged, canned,tinned food products Avoid pickles and papad Avoid sour products like tamarind , amla ,vinegar
