Hi, I am overweight and want to support my Gymming with a diet plan. Now a days there is a Protein Powder trend going on. But is there a natural way to get a diet to lose weight and build good amount of muscle?

Yes protein powder are good while you r gymming as when u gym u have to replenish your muscle mass for which protein powders are helpful. Adequate amount of protein in the diet is required otherwise these protein powders would not be of much help

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Yes indeed there is. Natural things are always better when compared to other things. Unless you want to build muscle for some body building competition, eggs are a good source of proteins and they will perfectly complement your muscle gain.
