Weight loss capsules
Hi, I'm obese at the age of 20 which is causing more health issues for me. I tried doing excercise but no results. I heard about weight loss capsules named " KETO ADVANCED BODY TONE". Is it helpful in losing weight without any side effects? People claimed that the capsules don't have any side effect. Can you please let me know whether the capsules can help me in reducing my weight?

Do t take any supplements for reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening.take high fibre food in ur diet.add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.add planty of water.avoid oily and fried food.

Dear Practo user I can understand ur situation and what’s making u think about using fat burners.I agree exercise alone didn’t give u result. That doesn’t mean u need to depend on a external supplement to burn off ur excess fat..

I would recommend u to meet a dietitian in person( or online) . Do a diet and lifestyle assessment . If possible assess ur body composition too.. After consultation, if needed do the necessary blood tests to figure out whether underlying deficiencies are present.. I do not recommend this. There may be side effects of this. You can control your calories by eating healthy. Avoid high carbohydrates food. Try to avoid sugary,  starchy foods. Eat whole grains, green vegetables cooked with less fat.

As u too young so please don't depend on such supplement or capsule .just try to follow the healthy and balanced diet  for losing ur weight.

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4. Smaller meals in small quantity 5. Early dinner before 6 pm. 6. Eat less and exercise more Ask me directly for customized diet for you!!!

Hello, weight loss is all about disciplined lifestyle and will power. If your diet is scientific and you are doing exercises, you can easily loose weight. So far capsules are concerned, you will have to send the snapshot of Nutritional information and Ingredients list to analyse the ingredients. Most of the weight loss pills work in the thought of function of improving metabolism and appetite suppressant, but ingredients should be scientific and approved by FSSAI.

You need to understand  the reason for weight loss. If its related to hormonal  then it need to be corrected with proper  lifestyles  management. By medicine you will have weightloss but there will be side-effects too some can even cause problems  like fatigue  and loss of vitamins and minerals.
