U can sprinkle over the fried flax seed powder into curries gravies.,it will taste wov! Or eat the fried flaxseed powder wit jaggary or make it as a drychutney powder and eat.
Yes 2 spoon you can add , but please look at your blood test results before adding seeds. Some conditions there you can't use seeds or maida.
