Hi doctor,
I am 36 years old. Having hypertension, high cholesterol and prediabetic.
My doctor suggested me to to brisk walk for 40 minutes a day and lose weight.
I am little lazy to do brisk walk so instead I am doing a walk of about 8kms per day at the rate of 3.3 kms/hour. This walking takes about 2.5 hours a day and easily doable.
Is this the right way or I need to stick with brisk walk only?
