Been trying to lose weight from exercise and cutting back on junk but see no difference. Currently I am 62 kgs and 5'5 in height. I was super skinny a few years back but gained weight over the years. I have stubborn belly fat. It is very hard to follow a strict diet and I end up giving up in a matter of a few days. I have also tried all kinds is excerises but nothing seems to work.

For reducing belly fat follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening . take high fibre food in your diet ,add more fruits and vegetables in your diet, avoid oily and fried food Apply oil on belly  so fat can remove from particular part of the body and use cream for tightening and along with follow low fat diet Then extra fat can remove from particular part of the body
