Weight loss and sagging breasts
I lost 10-11 kg of my body weight and I weigh 54 kg now. My bust size has reduced by 2 inches and is now 36. I have noticed some sagging in my bust. Please tell me how to control it.

It happens when you suddenly loose weight. You need to perform some weight exercises with dumbbells.you can try this at home also. Get a pair of 1kg or 2 kg dumbbells. This will tone up your breasts and also give you a good jawline.

Hi It's great you lost weight to reach ideal weight. For sagging of breast do strength training, which you can do at home with 1-2 litre water bottles. Do stretching exercises and take care of your inner wear. It will surely help.
