Have only home cooked meals with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. Have fibre rich foods. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. This might be the sign of Pcod due to hormonal imbalance and do an ultrasound scan and I will be able to give a personalized diet with the reports. Stay physically active and hydrate yourself and for foods to be included and avoided it be would evident only with the scan reports.

Weight loss 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. 1 St Visit to qualified good gynaecologist and check for pcod/ pcos and thyroid function. Start regular exercise as soon as possible -30-45 min and Reduce stress , sleep for 7-8 hours in and completely avoid junk food , outside food eat home made only , you see the 100 % results.

Weight is the cause for the monthly cycle imbalance so you have to Make a healthy lifestyle. 70% diet and 30 % exercise help you in reducing weight . These are the general guidelines which you have to follow- Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk (300)ml daily Use curd and paneer made up from the single tonned milk also Use olive oil,rice bran, mustard, saffola, sunflower oil in cooking Use 5 soaked almonds ,2 walnuts daily Drink 8-10glass of water daily and walk 15-30 minutes is advisable Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables like potato, sweet potato, arbhi, zimikand etc. Avoid fried, processed, packaged, canned,tinned food products Avoid pickles and papad Avoid sour products like tamarind , amla ,vinegar
